Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026

Arrullo is made by Teddy Code LLC. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. The short version: Arrullo runs entirely on your device, it has no accounts, and we do not collect personal data about you.

1

Who we are

Arrullo is published by Teddy Code LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. For any question about this policy, write to contact@teddy-code.com.

2

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for, receive or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any other personal identifier. Arrullo has no account, no sign-in and no user profile.

We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

3

Information stored on your device

So that the app behaves the way you left it, Arrullo saves a small amount of data in its private storage on your phone:

  • the sounds in your last mix and their volume levels;
  • your sleep timer preference;
  • your language preference;
  • a counter of how many times the app has been opened.

This data never leaves your device, is not readable by other apps, and is not accessible to us. Uninstalling the app removes all of it, and you can also clear it from your device's app settings.

4

Permissions

Arrullo asks only for what it needs to keep playing while your screen is off and to check for updates. It does not request access to your microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos or files.

5

Internet use

All sounds are bundled inside the app and play offline. You can put the phone in airplane mode and everything still works. The app reaches the internet in only two situations:

  • Updates. On launch the app may contact the Expo update service (operated by 650 Industries, Inc.) to check whether a newer version of the app code is available. That request carries technical details such as the app version, platform and runtime version, plus the IP address inherent to any internet connection. It carries no personal identifier and nothing about what you did inside the app.
  • Advertising, in a future version. See section 6.
6

Advertising

This version of Arrullo shows no advertising and requests no ads. Google’s Mobile Ads library is included in the app so that a later version can offer optional ad-supported extras, but it is switched off.

If we turn advertising on in a future release, we will publish an updated policy with it. Where the law requires consent (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and US states with applicable privacy laws) you will be asked before any personalized advertising, and you will be able to refuse. Google describes its own handling of advertising data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

7

Children

Arrullo is a general-audience app. Using ambient sound to help a baby sleep is an expected use, but the app is meant to be installed and operated by an adult, and it is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing for us to delete. If you believe otherwise, please contact us.

8

Your rights

Because we do not collect or process personal data about you, we hold nothing to give you access to, correct, export or erase. The data described in section 3 stays under your control on your own device.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Brazil, California or another region with data-protection law, you can still write to us at contact@teddy-code.com and we will answer.

9

Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone. There is none to sell.

10

Security

Everything Arrullo stores lives in your device's app-private storage and is protected by your operating system and your screen lock. Keeping your device updated and locked is the best protection for it.

11

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new text is published inside the app and the effective date above is updated. Substantive changes, such as enabling advertising, arrive together with an app update, so you can read them before installing.
